International orders are sent via registered post, which is the most cost-effective reliable method with the final cost depending on your country location.
We process all orders within 24 hours so that you get your purchases as soon as possible for your furry friend.
Australia and Asia Pacific takes between 2 - 5 days.
UK, Europe, USA and Canada takes around 7-14 days.
These are estimates and can be shorter or longer than quoted and depend on the postal services in each location.
COLLAR AND HARNESS SIZING
How do I measure for a collar?
Place a tape measure around dog's neck allowing a finger to slip under tape for comfort.
Take note of the size and then refer to our sizes to get the best fit.
A size of say 22 to 28cm is the range of the dog's neck circumference from the first hole to the last hole. eg if your dog's neck measured 29cm you would need a collar thats size meets this measurement.
Each of our collar range has different sizes so always double check your measurements.
How do I measure for a Harness?
The first measurement is the circumference of dogs neck, similar to how you measure for a collar.
Then with the dog standing, you need to measure the chest behind the front legs to get the sizing.
If your dog's neck is 33cm circumference and the chest is 45cm then he needs a medium in a Soft Harness.
How do I measure for apparel & clothes?
Measure the length of your dog's back from the base of the neck to the tail. This is the measurement to use for selecting the correct size of clothes.
If your dog is in between sizes and normal weight you are normally better to choose the smaller size otherwise it may be too baggy, especially with pyjamas and coats.
E.g. If your dog measures 42cm then still go for 40cm rather than 45cm size.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you have purchased an item which is the incorrect size or you have changed your mind, we can provide you with a store credit for the original cost of the product so you can order the correct size or alternate product. We do not offer refunds. We will provide you with your store credit code which can be used at any time – there is no expiry date. Notification of return is to be within 30 days of purchase.
Note, sale items are excluded from being eligible for an exchange / return.
If you return the item, all tags and packaging is to be in original condition for an exchange, and the cost of shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Also include your order number and details for reason on return – we suggest you return the item with a tracking service as we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
